ISCRIZIONI a.s. 2021/2022

Si ripubblicano le istruzioni per le iscrizioni on line.

Per qualunque chiarimento o per un aiuto nella compilazione chiamare il centralino della scuola allo 0721 21440 e chiedere della segreteria didattica Corso Tecnico o Corso Professionale.

Indicazioni per Iscrizione – anno scolastico 2021/2022

Le domande di iscrizioni alla classe prima delle istituzioni scolastiche statali avvengono esclusivamente in modalità online dal 04/01/2021 al 25/01/2021.

Per tale ragione è stato realizzata una pagina web raggiungibile attraverso il sito del Ministero dell’Istruzione (o direttamente attraverso l’indirizzo https://www.istruzione.it/iscrizionionline/) che accompagna le famiglie nel percorso per l’iscrizione online: dalla registrazione (per ottenere le credenziali di accesso al servizio dal 19/12/20 ), alla ricerca della scuola desiderata, dalla compilazione del modulo di iscrizione al suo inoltro.

per l’iscrizione è necessario il “codice scuola” :

  1. per l’indirizzo TECNICO (Agraria, Agroalimentare e Agroindustria)    PSTA01301D
  2. per l’indirizzo PROFESSIONALE (Agricoltura, sviluppo Rurale, valorizzazione dei prodotti e gestione delle risorse forestali e montane).   PSRA01301N

Si ricorda che occorre anche il codice fiscale e un indirizzo di posta elettronica valido per la registrazione.

La Segreteria dell’Istituto Agrario “A. Cecchi” offrirà un servizio di orientamento e di supporto per le famiglie prive di strumentazione informatica e, se necessario, per inserire le domande per conto delle famiglie, in tutti i casi in cui queste ultime si trovino nell’impossibilità di utilizzare il sistema di “Iscrizioni on line”.

A luglio dal 01/07/2021 al 09/07/2021, dopo l’esito dell’esame di terza media, presentarsi in segreteria didattica con i seguenti documenti:

  • Certificato di licenza media, competenze e prove invalsi (documenti rilasciati dalla scuola media)
  • 2 foto tessera
  • Eventuale documentazione relativa a situazioni di affido, handicap, DSA, patologie cliniche, o altro
  • Ricevuta di versamento per contributo volontario per l’ampliamento dell’offerta formativa di € 100,00 da versare all’atto del perfezionamento dell’iscrizione sul c.c.p. 00168617 intestato all’I.I.S. “A. Cecchi” Via Caprile, 1 Pesaro

*Il contributo volontario è una quota versata direttamente sul conto corrente dell’istituto ed è finalizzato all’innovazione tecnologica e per migliorare la qualità dei servizi offerti all’alunno. Esso può essere detratto dalla dichiarazione dei redditi (Legge Bersani 40/07 Art. 13 comma 3a) dell’anno successivo a quello del versamento, nella misura del 19%. La detrazione spetta a condizione che l’erogazione venga effettuata mediante versamento postale o bancario.

Insegnamento della religione cattolica

 La decisione se avvalersi o meno dell’insegnamento della religione cattolica è assunta, recita la norma, al momento della prima iscrizione all’istituto. Alunni e famiglie hanno però la possibilità di modificare ogni anno la scelta effettuata originariamente al momento della iscrizione per l’anno scolastico successivo (e non in corso d’anno).

Chi volesse dunque modificare la scelta effettuata al momento della prima iscrizione deve utilizzare l’apposito modulo da richiedere in segreteria didattica, all’atto dell’iscrizione.

Allegato C – scelta specifica di attività alternative alla Religione (il modulo va compilato prima dell’inizio dell’anno scolastico).

 Riferimenti normativi per l’insegnamento della religione cattolica:

  • Circolare 28 del Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione del 10-1-14 che ha come oggetto: Iscrizioni alle scuole dell’infanzia e alle scuole di ogni ordine e grado per l’anno scolastico 2014/2015
  • Indicazioni Regionali dell’USR Lombardia per le iscrizioni alla prima classe delle Scuole secondarie di secondo grado per l’anno scolastico 14-15.
  • D.P.R. 16 dicembre 1985, n. 751: Esecuzione dell’intesa tra l’autorità scolastica italiana e la Conferenza episcopale italiana per l’insegnamento della religione cattolica nelle scuole pubbliche.
